VN 35th Casartelli Memorial Stone Portet de Aspet (Etape du Tour)

This memorial stone is set in the top
of the actual ‘castelation’ stone that
Casartelli struck when he fell on the
Portet de Aspet.The larger Olympic Memorial to Casartelli is further down the mountain in an opening.
I note the Inscription is by TOMMY CAMPBELL sure not the Irish Journalist ?
